Lunch was a cup of Brunswick stew, a spinach salad with an ounce and a half of goat cheese, and some tomatoes roasted in olive oil. Plus four glasses of water. Total: 9 points
Snack was a half banana, a cup of blueberries, two tablespoons of chocolate chips, a skinny latte, and a glass of water. Total: 4 points
Dinner was a half of a black bean cheese burger, a serving of garlic and parmesan fries that I made myself, people, and two glasses of water. Total: 8 points
My recipe (that I came up with myself by reading the interwebs) is:

My recipe (that I came up with myself by reading the interwebs) is:
- Preheat the oven to 400.
- Peel and slice one giant russet potato into strips.
- Immerse the strips in a bowl of water (it removes some of the starch and helps make 'em crispy.
- Dry the potatoes.
- Add in two teaspoons of olive or canola oil, salt & pepper to taste, and two cloves of garlic (or not, if you don't like garlic).
- Bake for 25 minutes, turning halfway through.
- Add 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese and a tablespoon of chopped parsley (or rosemary or whatever) if desired.
Serves 2
