Day 195

Breakfast was, once again, two glasses of water and some baby plums from the farmer's market.  The plums have pits in them, and I don't want anyone to see me spitting them out, so I kind of quickly gnaw on them at my desk like a deranged little squirrel. Total: 0 points Pictured: me eating breakfast Lunch was with Amy's at Katarina's, where I had a chicken pita, a small salad, some potatoes, and another two glasses of water. Total: 12 points?  Maybe?  I dunno. Then I had a slice of a coworker's birthday ice cream cake, because to do otherwise would have been rude.   Total: 7 very polite points Dinner was turkey meatballs, brown rice, and tomato with olive oil, with two more glasses of water. Total: 9 points Then the personal trainer came over, and I worked out for an hour.  I was doing some sort of stretch, and she encouraged me to reach for something that I "wanted more than anything in the world."  Then she asked me what that was.  I sa

Day 194

Breakfast was adorable little plums from the farmer's market and two glasses of water.   Total: 0 points Lunch was a BLT on wheat toast with a side of fruit and a glass of water with the fam, while I tortured them with conjecture about the royal baby.   Total: 8 points I bet you're hungry for a BLT now, aren't you? "Are you registered with us?  Are you registered with us?  Are you registered with us?  Are you registered with us?  Are you registered with us? " By

FIVE MORE POUNDS LEFT!  (I'll probably make another goal after this one, but for now...five pounds left!!!) Break out the champagne, K-Middy! Sunday, stopped by the Teet for breakfast items.  There was also a 20% case discount on wine, so we picked up six bottles.   Wine is good for your heart and stuff , right? This should be enough to go with breakfast. ANYWAY, breakfast was half of a whole grain English muffin with some jelly, a hard-boiled egg, some little plums from the farmer's market, and two pieces of bacon cooked on the George Foreman grill so the fat drained out.  Plus two glasses of water.   Total: 7 points  I am also not ready for this jelly.  I should have had some canola oil spread instead. Then, my new personal trainer came over.  She's a nice woman named Stephanie, and she totally
