Day 200

Breakfast was two glasses of water, a cup of grapes, and 26 whole grain goldfish crackers that I painstakingly counted out at my desk (your HR Department at work!).  God, that took restraint.  I really wanted to have some vodka for breakfast because people were misbehavin'.  Total: 2 points There's a chance this is accurate. But I didn't.  I ate lunch and cracked jokes in the break room with one of the accountants.  I had five ounces of chicken, a peach yogurt that I didn't realize was six points until I had about a points worth left and threw it away, a half cup of tomatoes in olive oil, and one cup of water.  Total: 11 points Snack was a latte and some goldfish crackers.  I love the fishes 'cause they're so delicious!   Total: 6 points Dinner was three ounces of chicken grilled with olive oil, a cup and a half of tomatoes, and a quarter cup of corn.  Then the mindless eating of bean dip and tortilla chips followed.  Plus three glasses of water.   To

Day 199

So, what's been happening over the past two weeks? This. And this. Followed by this. And some of this. So after a calorie-laden existence  followed by a day of debauchery at the Renaissance Festival, Chris and I decided that okay, we really had to get back on The Shame Squad.  (In fairness, the fried macaroni was delicious.) Mmmmmm, fat. Lunch was a TKY from Potbelly, a cup of tomatoes, a cup of watermelon, and some whole grain goldfish, plus three glasses of water.  I also had a delicious tall light mocha and literally one bite of a coworker's birthday cake.   Total: 12 points No, no, no.  Not this type of potbelly.  Although this one is cute. Dinner was two tacos made with lean ground turkey, black beans, tortilla chips, tomatoes with olive oil, and four tootsie rolls for dessert.  And four glasses of water.   Total: 15 points I need this. Then the trainer came over and we did cardio and yoga and stuff. And it was all majestic and whatnot!

Day 198

Breakfast was six, count 'em, six cups of hot tea.   Total: 2 points, since I used some sugar . And I looked this elegant! Okay, I didn't.  I was sitting at my desk, blowing my nose, and not wearing any makeup. Lunch was a little bit of chicken pho and some M&Ms, plus a glass of water.  Okay, so not the healthiest thing, but it was hot and felt good on my sore throat.   Total: 4 points Dinner #1 was a piece of bread with canola spread, a cup of homemade potato soup, two cups of watermelon, and a cup of water.   Total: 7 points Then the trainer came over and we did stuff with the evil exercise ball. Did it. Did it. Did it. Dinner #2 was another piece of bread with canola spread, an ounce and a half of cheese, and a half cup of tomatoes with olive oil, with a hard boiled egg.  So random, I know.  Total: 11 points Liquids:   9 /6 Dairy:  2 /2  Vitamin:  0 /1   Healthy Oil:   3 /2 Fruits/Veggies:  6 /5 Protein:   2 /2 (Andrew--protein!) Day 197

Breakfast was a piece of bread with canola oil spread, almost three cups of watermelon, and a cup and a half of hot tea.   Total: 4 points Can we just talk for a minute about how delicious Land O Lakes light butter with canola oil is?  I had it at a friend's house and damn, it is seriously spreadable and better for you and delicious.  Thanks, Land O Lakes, Indian Maiden! The the trainer came over and tortured me with crunches and stuff.. After that, lunch was a half cup of rice, a third cup of channa masala, raita, roti, tomatoes with avocado and olive oil, a glass of milk, and two glasses of water.  Bezzert was four tootsie rolls.  Total: 13 points Then a I took a nap.  A magical, wonderful nap. Who cares?  It's awesome! After that, I caught up with Megan, Brooke, and Amy, and we made signs for the wedding.  It was funsies! "To the left, to the left, everything you own in a box to the left." Thanks, Meg, for the pallets and paint! Snacky time wa

Day 196

"Breakfast" was Dayquil.  Hatechu, sinus infection!  Then I dropped Chris off at the airport, so he could fly to LA.  I'm not sure which one of us has it worse. Los Angeles: land of smog, oil derricks, and fast food chains that should have died in the 80s. I'm looking at you, Little Caesars. After Sleeping, Part 2, I had two pieces of whole grain white bread and a banana, since I wasn't hungry for much.  Also, approximately one bajillionty cough drops.  Total: 4 points Collect them all! Lunch was a cup of chicken noodle soup, a cup of hot tea, a plum.   Total: 4 points Then the trainer came and we took it easy on the cardio since I was under the weather, which meant planks. Dinner was a half cup of rice and a quarter cup of channa masala with a little bit of raita and roti, a cup of tomatoes with olive oil, and a cup of water.  Total: 8 points Snack was cup of hot chocolate made with skim milk and ovaltine.   Total: 2 points And then I
