Breakfast was four sausage balls, a giant apple, and a glass of milk. Total: 5 points
Then I had All the Advil followed by some peas (I sat on them, I didn't eat them) for my hurty glute muscle.
Lunch was a huge caprese salad (tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, olive oil, vinegar), a glass of water, and some of Chris' french fries. We also got to see Debbie and Greg and discuss football, video games, and how much we all love our jobs. Total: 14 points (there was LOTS of cheese)
Dinner was a quarter cup of channa masala, a half cup of rice, and some raita. Plus four glasses of water. And chocolate covered raisins for dessert. Naturally. Total: 11 points
Exercise was doing my physical therapy stuff. Nothing makes you feel worse about yourself than feeling like your dying when bending your leg at a slight angle!
