Day 142

So yesterday.  It started well enough.  Breakfast was a skinny vanilla latte and half an apple.  Total: 4 points

But then...

Things got ugly.  Not in a "gosh it's so stressful so I'll just eat this box of M&Ms" type way, but more in the "I'll just sit in the corner and rock back and forth" type way.  That's why lunch was 4 crackers and a piece of cheese.  Total 1 point
I know.  I KNOW.
Dinner chips and salsa, a mini taco, a smidge of black beans, and a salad. Total: 10 points

And that's how we arrived at this unhappy situation:

Liquids: 5/6  
Dairy: 1/2
Vitamin: 1/1
Healthy Oil: 0/2  
Fruits/Veggies: 4/5
Protein: 2/2
Whole Grains: yes, crackers, tortilla chips, corn tortilla
Exercise: no, dammit

My hilarious friends Kelley and Christopher invited me over for the Oscars so that we could judge red carpet looks. Kelley is one of the few people in my life that makes me laugh without fail, and she blogs her adventures--and misadventures--over at The Lundscape .   Kelley warned me prior to coming over that they were more "Shame" than "Squad," so that's how we ended up with three types of dip.  This was fortuitous, though, because the dips sustained us through grueling hours of pausing and rewinding live coverage, swapping drink recipes  we learned on vacation, and discussing what award shows would be like on Middle Earth.
