Yesterday was free lunch and free dinner (thanks, parents!), a nap, exercise, and watching tv. Yay!
Late breakfast was with Chris' dad at Eggspectation. I had a hard boiled egg, two slices of Canadian bacon, a cup of potatoes, a cup of tomatoes, a half slice of wheat toast, a teaspoon of jelly, a few bites of fruit, and two glasses of water. Total: 11 points
Exercise was 15 minutes of wii fit yoga, then 20 minutes of EA Active 2, and three glasses of water.
Early dinner was with my mom and dad at Rangoli. I had a few bites of chicken 65 (think Indian chicken nuggets) then my usual channa masala, white rice, raita, and roti. I also had a glass of wine and three glasses of water. And then we finished it off with delicious homemade vanilla mango ice cream. Totally worth using some weekly points. Total: 24 points
