Today I'm going to start out with what I'm thankful for, and that is KITTIES! Specifically, our big fat cat, Fitch, and our medium soft cat, Roxy.
I spent part of my afternoon Sunday volunteering at Friends of Homeless Animals, as a "cat snuggler." That may sound sad, but it is actually very fun. The cats live in a cattery, so they aren't in cages. They have lots of beds and toys and people to play with them--yay! My favorite is Chocolate Chip, who is a very sweet and loving, not to mention a cute chocolate colored cat.
Okay, on to food. Lunch was a huge green salad with 2 teaspoons of olive oil, and a cup of rice. Dinner was half a bean burrito. Needless to say, I wasn't very hungry.
Exercise was 200 calories of walking, and man, it was HOT outside! That brings the total to 400 calories burned, with 3100 left to go.
See you tomorrow!
Hi, I'm Fitch. Despite being 10 years old, I'm still learning how to meow. Besides getting orange fur on everything, I like to sleep in the window and take naps with Alyssa. |
Hi, I'm Roxy. My hobbies include rolling around in the empty bath tub, climbing around in boxes and closets, and biting people. CHOMP! |
