I drank so much water today, I might turn in to a fish. 12 glasses--one for each disciple! And a glass of wine--for Jesus! (Thanks, Jesus! Want to come to my wedding?)
Part of my strategy for today was that every time I had to use the restroom (remember: 12 glasses of water), I walked down the stairs to the first floor to that restroom, and then back up to my office. Keep in mind that I work on the fifth floor. So I got lots of stair climbing in. I also did 90 minutes of yoga. Suck it, Shame Squad!
Food was also a success today. Breakfast was watermelon and blueberries, also skim milk and rice chex. Lunch was a big ol' salad of cucumbers, lettuce, tomatoes, carrots, and lemon olive oil, plus a 100 calorie pack of cookies. Snack was some whole wheat crackers. I also had two tiny dum dum lollipops, but those came in at a whopping 40 calories, so they almost don't count. Dinner was chicken done on Chris' new grill and a baked potato stuffed with fat free sour cream, reduced-fat bacon, and chives.
And now I'm going to go work on one of my weekly goals, by making dinner for tomorrow in advance. Gosh, should it be fried squirrel or fried possum? Read tomorrow to find out!
