Today started out at the Farmer's Market, where there was a new vendor. A cheese vendor. Which was next to the wine vendor. So look, if having wine and cheese at 10:30 a.m. is wrong, I don't wanna be right. We stocked up on meat from Lothar, lettuce, green beans, tomatoes, pesto, salad dressing, whole wheat bread and pizza crust, and, ya know, cheese and wine.
I did pretty well for lunch--black bean soup, and a salad with grilled shrimp, figs, and spinach at Magnolia's at the Mill. We will not discuss the bread situation.
Dinner was some yummy pork chops on the grill, tomatoes with pesto and mozzarella cheese, and rice-a-roni. Now I'm eating chocolate chips and drinking wine. Look, it's Saturday.
