Dinner was three ounces of steak, a baked potato with fat free sour cream and bacon bits, and two cups of water. Dessert was two bites of pistachio chocolate cake. Total: 14 points
Exercise was 20 minutes on the bike.
I stole some of Chris' snack (a little piece of cheese, 4 crackers, and a few pieces of pepperoni), and then had a cup of tomatoes with basil and olive oil. Total: 5 points
Then the carb monster attacked, and I had a bowl of cereal (whole grain, though!) and a half cup of skim milk. Total: 4 points
