Breakfast was biscuits and gravy, made healthy by using spicy turkey sausage, light butter, and skim milk. I also made the biscuits using Heart Smart Bisquick and skim milk, and used a rolling pin and everything. My grandmothers would be so proud! Lunch was a half cup of potato chowder from Liberty Hill (get used to hearing about this, because I have a big thing of chowder), eight whole grain crackers, a quarter of an avocado, a half cup of tomatoes, and two glasses of water. Total: 8 points

For fun, we cleaned out the hall closet, which had become a graveyard of cat toys, clothes that need to go to Goodwill, and approximately one thousand old phone chargers, extension cords, and media cables.
Dinner was three ounces of delicious ribs, Skinnytaste baked chipotle sweet potato fries, four tootsie rolls, and two glasses of water. Total: 12 points
