The day started off with a return to physical therapy. The therapist and I agreed to take it easy, and even with that, I've had to alternate Advil and ice today. I would like to give a shout out to the lady that would not SHUT UP about her Pomeranian, and got mad when the rest of us got in to a robust discussion about dodgeball and other horrors of elementary school P.E.
Lunch was a cup of grandma's chicken rice soup, a cup of tomatoes with a teaspoon of olive oil, four tootsie rolls, and two glasses of water. Total: 3 points
Exercise was 30 minutes of wii fit and some quick resistance training for my arms, along with two glasses of water. After Chris got home, we went for a 15 minute walk. Then I had a glass of chocolate milk. Total: 2 points
Dinner was a serving of Skinnytaste Baked Macaroni and Cheese (I omit the Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs, and don't both baking it), a half cup of Skinnytaste applesauce, a quarter of avocado, and two ounces of chicken. Plus two glasses of water. Total: 10 points
