Don't worry--I haven't given up. It's just that it is pretty hard to eat well and exercise when you're sick. I have been trying to keep it relatively healthy: homemade brown rice soup with veggies, wheat crackers, bananas, apples. But I'm just generally not in the mood for milk, or salads, or the exercise bike. And I think it's perfectly okay to eat donuts and ice cream when you're under the weather. So we'll resume when I'm back up to speed. In the meantime, two things. First, I'm only $60 away from being the top fundraiser on my team for the Alzheimer's Walk . There's a little healthy competition between me and my coworker in Learning & Development....(shocking, I know). The walk is this weekend, so if you want to donate, now is the time!
