Breakfast - Ezekiel bread (80), 2 glasses of lemon water. Why is Ezekiel bread so great? The protein in it is comparable to an egg or milk, and the bread is sprouted, which makes all of its minerals (iron, zinc, calcium, etc.) easier to absorb. The only downside I've found is that it can mold quickly, so half of my latest loaf is livin' in the fridge, while the other half is chillin' in the freezer. (Get it? Chillin' in the freezer? Shut up. I'm HILARIOUS.) Snack - Banana (100) and almond butter (80), 2 glasses of water Lunch - Trader Joe's Reduced Guilt Mac & Cheese which has 15 grams of protein and is made from real ingredients! (270), salad (40), and a TJ's meringue cookie (25). More water. And coffee (30). Because look, people, I had 10 meetings today. TEN!!
