Breakfast was coffee and semi-loathing as I drove through the snow to work (there might be copier emergencies, people)! It was actually a lovely and easy (just slow) drive, with no one else out. And I got a ton done today. Total: 1 point
Lunch was two glasses of water, a little bit of last night's black bean soup, and half a mango. Total: 6 points
Snack was a skinny vanilla latte, some of which was generously donated to my passenger seat floormat. Total: 2 points
Dinner was filet, a baked potato with olive oil & canola spread, bacon bits, and fat free sour cream. Also two cups of tomatoes. Have you figured out that I have a love affair with tomatoes yet? 'Cause I do. And then there was a boozy rice krispie treat and two glasses of water. Total: 22 totally worth it points
Then it was on to 30 minutes of cardio/crunches/yoga, another glass of water, and vitamins.
In conclusion:
