The Shame Squad is back for two reasons:
1) Your many requests (aww, thanks) and
2) I am once again trapped in A Room, implementing yet another ERP.
What is it about me that makes companies want to implement all new software? And furthermore, what makes them want to involve ME? I don't even know how to download music to my phone. (Note: while I appreciate your generous offers to teach me, I'd just rather perpetually hum "Single Ladies" to myself. No, seriously, that's what I do. If Chris ever stabs me one day, it will be because he heard me hum the chorus of a Beyonce song one too many times.)
I digress.
Because this could be A Terrible Tragedy in Eating, I've decided to chronicle it here. But because I didn't take any pictures today, we're going to use some stolen pictures and fine art.
Breakfast was a Skinnytaste Banana-Maple Pecan Muffin (only 142 calories)! It was very yummy, and a great way to use up overripe bananas. I also had 1 cup of coffee with 2% milk, and 2 glasses of water.
Exercise, Part 1 was Fun with Kerri and two more glasses of water. Kerri is my trainer, and I love her, because she's always positive, and she's incredibly funny, and we laugh a lot when we work out. Like the time I fell out of the TRX and slid across the mat like was a seal at Seaworld. Or today when she told me to do some sort of exercise like I was "a skater" and I chose to channel Johnny Weir, even though I don't think that's what she had in mind.
Lunch was a salad from the salad bar at the Teet (code #4070) that included spinach, tomatoes, kidney beans, and bacon bits, because let's live a little. 2 more glasses of water.
Snack was in The Room, which was 14 pistachios, 1 clementine, and more coffee with milk because I was cold. Also 4 more glasses of water.
Dinner, made by Chris, was 2 turkey tacos, a half cup of mangoes, and 2 more glasses of water. Dessert was a piece of Apple Scrapple bread from Great Harvest. Soooo good.
Exercise, Part 2 was 30 minutes on the exercise bike, because cardio is good for you and because I feel stressed and can actively feel my body making cortisol. Like, I'm pretty sure there's a Job Fair for the cortisol factory inside of me. And they're offering signing bonuses. Stop it, cortisol! Where are your nemesis (nemisi?) serotonin?! I need you, little serotonis!
In conclusion...

My muffins turned out even prettier than the web site picture. Miracles happen ever day. |

My intelligence pales in comparison this child. |
