I feel like my 13 Days of Healthy Eating & Exercising has turned in to "look how small your appetite is on Sudafed" but I committed to it, so here's what I ate: Friday Breakfast: Sleeping. Lunch: 8 Chick-fil-a nuggets & a fruit cup Dinner: mashed potatoes & applesauce Exercise: tried not to die Saturday - Happy 92nd Birthday Queen Elizabeth! Breakfast: Pumpernickel toast with light butter Lunch: A 100 calorie Greek yogurt ice cream that Chris said I'd like. (It was okay.) Dinner: Chili with crackers & tortilla chips, 2 Grapefruit Shandys, and a little bit of Banana Cream Supreme because we had friends over. Exercise: None, but I did cross-stitch this for a friend! Sunday Breakfast: More sleeping. Lunch: Chipotle-style Indian Bowl (chickpeas, brown rice, tomatoes, red onion, cucumber, cilantro, raita). Soooo good.
