Important Food-Related Update: Halloween is coming up, and I need one of you to promise to make this costume for your child. Let me know if you need paper towel tubes. I will supply them. Breakfast was salmon and cream cheese on pumpernickel toast. Because who doesn't love some smoked fish for breakfast? Snack was a homemade latte. Lunch was leftover brisket (thanks, Hot Jewish Lawyer!), mashed sweet potato, half an apple, cucumber and grape tomatoes, and a Ghiradelli chocolate square. Snack was a banana. Dinner was healthy-ish nachos, made of 20 tortilla chips, bean dip, cheddar cheese, and jalapenos with a side of carrots. I'm still on a physical therapy exercise regimen due to an injury, which my trainer and I describe as "Senior Citizen Workouts." There's lots of stability balls involved.
